Technical Business Analyst

Our ICT Services client is currently seeking to recruit a junior, intermediate, and senior level Technical Business Analyst that will be based in Malta. Working in a dynamic team of technical professionals, you will work with clients from a variety of industries. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Identify, analyze, define and develop business processes with the view to use BPM and Workflow software
• Bridge the gap between the customer’s business process management needs and provide consistent assistance on the development and testing teams
• Work closely with the software developers to create innovative software solutions for clients
• Regularly liaise with the clients to ensure their requirements are met
• Develop, test and support business process management software for clients

• Experience with SQL and Power BI
• Experience with Low Code Platforms
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Positive client facing attitude
• Be hands on

• Hold a BSc Degree in Computing or other IT related subject
• Minimum of 2-years experience as a Business analyst working with tech teams
