MaltaPost Plc is currently looking to recruit a Supervisor - Delivery to join their team on a full-time basis in the Senior Administrator grade for duties within the Company’s Delivery section. The chosen candidate will report to the Assistant Manager Delivery.
The duties include but are not limited to the:
Overall responsibility for the coordination of deliveries;
Co-ordination and running of a team to ensure delivery within set targets;
Setting and monitoring the team’s, and individuals, productivity to set standards;
Assessment, evaluation, and updating of procedures to maximize controls and efficiency;
Management of staff including onboarding, training, and performance evaluation/follow-up;
Liaison with the Review Team in beat revision exercises and associated reviews.
Applicants as a minimum shall have:
Leadership skills together with time management and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work so as to meet deadlines;
A diploma in management
An ECDL certification or equivalent
Good verbal and written communication skills in English, and preferably also in Maltese and Italian;
Good interpersonal skills across different levels of the organization;
A valid driving license and clean police conduct certificate;
A clean disciplinary record.
*The appointment is subject to a 12-month probationary period. Working hours are currently from 6:30 AM - 13:10 PM, Monday to Saturday.
