As Studio Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for the administration of over 600,000 live stream events across various international markets, aswell as coordinating the development of the department as a whole.

You will be part of the management team responsible for a department that focuses on all aspects of the administration of bet365’s live streaming product and the display of our Live TV Advertising. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to assist in the planning, delivery and audit of over 600,000 live streams annually. You will also be in charge of efficiently running the bet365 Sports site, whilst supporting key Studio functions. You will be key to maintaining a workplace culture which values professionalism, development and service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing the day to day operations of the department, deputising for the Studio Manager when required.
  • Maintaining a high degree of awareness of site and streaming issues, liaising with appropriate departments to expedite problem resolution.
  • Maintaining a high degree of regulatory awareness across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Monitoring and analysing existing processes, proposing and implementing improvements where identified.
  • Providing key information to management in a timely manner.
  • Developing supervisory staff to meet the demands of the department.
  • Communicating changes to all teams to ensure processes are effectively implemented.
  • Communicating with account managers and senior staff at third parties to book additional Live Stream content, escalate issues and confirm periodic consumption reports.

Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience overseeing, developing and motivating a team or department.
  • Ability to monitor, manage and prioritise departmental workload.
  • Ability to perform in a high-pressure, highly-regulated environment with multiple competing demands.
  • Ability to liaise with other departments, building strong relationships with a view to improving procedures.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Sound knowledge of sports, betting, the bet365 Sportsbook and related products.
  • Basic experience in the technical aspect of Live Streaming is desirable.
