Stores Coordinator

Our client is looking for a Stores Coordinator. Your roles and responsibilities will include the following: 

• Ensuring that the daily operations of the Warehousing functions operate efficiently and within the set objectives whilst achieving the highest level of product quality, cleanliness and timely operations
• Maintain the uninterrupted flow of goods in and out of the warehouse
• Ensuring warehousing compliance procedures to maintain inventory accuracy
• Overseeing the delivery of products to job sites, and supervising physical inventory count
• To ensure control of stock, stock movements and responsibility of stores
• Monitoring the day-to-day receiving and delivery procedures
• Assisting in assigning tasks to delivery persons and/or warehouse operators
• Ensuring all employees are adhering to standard operating procedures

• Excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to work on own initiative and with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work different shifts including on weekends and public holidays
• Excellent communication skills in English & Maltese
• Conducting shipping and receiving tasks when needed

• Previous experience in a similar position within the FMCG industry will be an asset
