Our Client’s established retail franchise in Malta is looking to recruit a full-time Store/Retail Manager to oversee the busy retail outlet.
Responsibilities include:
Management of all shop operations;
Managing staff performance; mentoring and training as required;
Implementation of all company policies and procedures;
Assisting with budgeting;
Assisting with stocktakes, ordering, and general logistics;
Overseeing shipments and liaising with personnel to ensure deliveries are on time;
Ensure all relevant administrative tasks are completed;
Generate reports as required;
Launch of any new campaigns.
Applicants will:
Have an excellent level of written and spoken English (and preferably Maltese);
Be proficient with computers (preferably ECDL Certified);
Demonstrate a positive, problem-solving attitude;
Possess previous work supervisory experience in a retail environment.
