St. Edward’s College is seeking to employ a full-time Science and Physics Teacher from scholastic year 2025 / 2026. Science lessons will be delivered to Middle School students, while Physics will be delivered to Senior School and IB students.
What we’re looking for:
Fluency in Maltese and English. Other languages are considered an asset.
A strong educational background in Accounts and Business and Management
Passion for the subject/s
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to work in a team.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Effective class management skills
Education and Experience:
B.Ed., MTL or equivalent at MQF Level 6 or higher in the subject area; AND/OR
In possession of a recognised, relevant qualification at MQF Level 6 (subject to a minimum of 180 ECTS/ECVET credits or equivalent), AND a recognised qualification in pedagogy at MQF level 6 (subject to a minimum of 60 ECTS/ECVET credits or equivalent of which a minimum of 18ECTS/ECVET should comprise teaching practice/relevant school experience) OR
A comparable professional qualification in the subject/area applied for
