Restaurant Manager

Job Description
A new opportunity is now available at Noosh Restaurant in Malta (located at Triq Ħal Farruġ, Ħal Luqa) for the role of Restaurant Manager. We are looking for a professional individual with experience in hospitality who is capable of overseeing the entire floor and providing excellent customer service. The restaurant offers Chinese Cuisine therefore experience in an Asian environment is preferable but not essential.

Job responsibilities include:

• Recruiting, training, and supervising staff
• Agreeing and managing budgets
• Planning menus
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation/guidelines
• Promoting and marketing the business
• Overseeing stock levels
• Ordering supplies
• Producing staff rotas
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints
• Taking reservations
• Greeting and advising customers
• Problem-solving
• Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports
• Keeping statistical and financial records
• Assessing and improving profitability
• Setting targets
• Handling administration and paperwork
• Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, and sales representatives
• Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.

Noosh Restaurant:
Noosh is a Chinese restaurant (Asian fusion cuisine) that offers a modern dining experience. The establishment has recently changed management and we are looking for devoted individuals to join our team and assist us in this journey of developing together a unique restaurant. The restaurant is located in Triq Ħal Farruġ, Ħal Luqa, the restaurant has around 60 covers and we also have a bar at the entrance.
