The Role

As Project Leader, you will drive the successful delivery of multiple projects — ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You’ll foster collaboration across departments, lead with initiative, and continuously seek ways to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to achieve key milestones on time and within budget.

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure successful project delivery.

• Identify and mitigate risks proactively.

• Ensure accurate project documentation, reporting, and compliance.

• Oversee budgets, track costs, and maintain financial control.

• Conduct post-project evaluations and suggest improvements for future initiatives.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

Skills & Experience Required

• 3–5 years’ experience in project leadership or a similar leadership role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
