Planning Officer  (Location: Athens)

Job Description

The Planning Officer works under the supervision of EASO, in performing some or all of the following tasks:

• Support in project management of various activities of the EASO Operations;
• Support and follow up activities regarding needs assessment and planning of operations and projects;
• Contribute to the establishment of monitoring and reporting systems and tools for operations and projects;
• Follow up the implementation of operations and projects and ensure proper reporting of the activities;
• Follow up the project management cycle and contribute to all relevant activities;
• Draft and develop project documents, project reports, specific reports and other documents;
• Attend and/or organise regular meetings internally and with stakeholders, as requested;
• Provide regular analytical reports and statistics of provided services and challenges;
• Draft documents, templates, minutes and reports;
• Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, relevant for the specific profile.
