Payments Operations Manager

Our client, striving to create a financial gateway, where their clients could reach many services with one click is seeking an Operations Manager to join their growing team. 

Responsibilities:

• Managing the overall day-to-day operational processes within the payments and customer services team;
• Assessing operational issues while creating and implementing solutions;
• Coordinating and monitoring new procedures within the operations team and liaise with other departments where necessary;
• Documenting operational flows, reconciliation and settlement processes and procedures;
• Coordinating with internal and third-party payment channels to resolve payment issues;
