Responsibilities:
Managing the overall day-to-day operational processes within the payments and customer services team;
Assessing operational issues while creating and implementing solutions;
Coordinating and monitoring new procedures within the operations team and liaise with other departments where necessary;
Documenting operational flows, reconciliation and settlement processes and procedures;
Coordinating with internal and third-party payment channels to resolve payment issues;
