Operations Supervisor

Our client is seeking an Operations Supervisor to maximize the efficiency of the Logistics and Technical department and apply methods to improve processes and data analysis procedures which will result in better customer service during the final stage of transportation, installation and after-sales process.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• To plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Perform quality controls and monitor departments' KPIs
• Guide, train and supervise staff
• Find ways to increase the quality of customer service

• Proven work experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Familiarity with business principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Outstanding organisational skills
• Able to communicate fluently in Maltese and English Language
