IRIS THAUMAS Ltd are looking for an Operations Officer to join our client's team. The Operations Officer prepares, plans and controls the ongoing flight operation and is part of the Integrated Operations Control Center (IOCC). The Integrated Operations Control Center operates 24/7 on a 2-2-3 shift pattern.
ABOUT OUR CLIENT:
Our client, Air Atlanta Europe, is one of the leading ACMI & Charter service provider in the world.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor the ongoing operations.
- Communicate and liaise with various stakeholders of the operation.
- Ensure safe and reliable planning of operation activities.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- At least 2 years of experience in worldwide air operations environment.
- Skills to delegate and work under intensive time pressure.
- Good English proficiency.
- Great computer skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
EDUCATION:
- A levels or Baccalaureate is preferred.
WORKING TIME:
- From 07:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC / and night shifts from 19:00 UTC to 07:00 UTC.
- Shift pattern 3-2-2 (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on) and (3 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off).
