​A key client of ours, specialising in the Crypto and Fintech sector, is currently looking to onboard an Operations Manager to join their team of professionals:

Duties:

• Ensure efficient and effective delivery of daily operations
• Ensure that all work is delivered to clients within established deadlines
• Assist with the onboarding of clients
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Write and submit reports to the COO on all necessary matters 
• Ensure that the operations procedures are adhered to by all employees
• Implement new and improved processes focused on automation and efficiency
• Review of internal audit and quality assurance report
• Manage projects in a timely manner, meeting budgets and quality standards set by the company
• Managing a team: leading, guiding, and supporting as needed

• Minimum of 5 years experience, within a crypto/financial services/law firm
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Needs to be capable of assessing a team’s strengths, weaknesses, and workload so as to be able to assign work accordingly
• Must be located in Malta
