Our client operating in the Lifts Industry, is looking for an Operations Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities will include:
- Daily coordination, coordination of employees and task delegation.
- Organisation of management meetings and team meetings with the relevant departments.
- Carrying out of on-site inspections to ensure implementation meets company standards.
- Communications handling with clients and suppliers
- Fluency in Maltese
- Clean Police Conduct
- Valid Driving Licence
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant role and industry
- At least a level 6 degree in business/operations management OR MBA
- Experience in a managerial role would be an asset
