Operations Manager

Job Description
Our client is a leader in the building services industry in Malta and is currently looking to recruit a highly motivated Operations Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. The chosen candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of MEP contracts whilst ensuring coordination between onsite personnel, the engineering team, and the client.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the MEP and HVAC contracts
• Manage personnel, including training and appraisals
• Liaise between the engineering office, site, and supply chain department
• Negotiate with clients and suppliers
• Prepare reports
• Manage Monthly Payment applications and certification
• Handover of projects.

Requirements:
You will have a minimum MQF Level 6 Degree in Engineering or Building Services or equivalent and experience in a similar role.
