Growth Leads in Malta is looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Summary:
We are looking to hire an Operations Manager to provide assistance to managers and employees with respect to the operations of our business. These include project tasks coordination, liaising with product owners, workflow optimizations, and taking care of weekly meetings for our stakeholders. The ideal candidate is someone who loves working with people and teams in general and is passionate about the coordination of responsibilities and optimizing workflows.
Your tasks are:
Coordination of tasks within our portfolio of affiliate websites
Monitoring and prioritization of various work processes
Communication, task assignment, and support of project employees/freelancers
Responsibility and control of project planning
Support stakeholders with website optimizations (i.e. content campaigns, usability optimization, new features, etc.)
Schedule meetings workshops and maintain agendas
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels within the agency, maturity, and discretion.
Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
