Pharma.MT in Malta is looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role:
The Operations Manager position is open for an experienced and “hands-on” person who possesses an analytical and strategic mind and who will form part of the senior management team of the company at Pharma.MT. The selected candidate will be working closely with the Directors and the Senior Management team to develop, implement and oversee the daily activities across the organisational functions through collaborative (horizontal) working relationships across the organisation in pursuit of the company’s wider business goals. Specifically, the chosen person will develop and administer all human resource initiatives and provide HR support to all departments. He/she will also be responsible for the operations of the company, including overseeing the sales and logistics functions. The position calls for an individual who is able to develop and implement various systems and maintaining positive relationships with vendors, clients, and internal staff to ensure the success of PharmaMT and the smooth functioning of the organisation.
