Role Overview
Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the scheduling and coordination of roaming teams and working closely with third parties and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing Operations: Manage all operations related to customer installations, repairs, and servicing in coordination with third parties.
- Customer Database Management: Maintain and regularly update the customer information database to ensure accuracy.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed operational reports.
- Sales Coordination: Redirect potential sales leads to the Sales Representatives for follow-up.
- Customer Interaction: Address customer queries and complaints while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Customer Requirement Analysis: Question customers to better understand their needs and preferences.
- Technical Support: Assist the Technical department with planning and scheduling requirements.
- Optimisation: Analyse and improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Order Processing: Record customer requirements or orders and forward them to the appropriate departments for action.
- Call and Interaction Records: Maintain accurate records of all customer calls and interactions.
- Logistical Operations: Organise and manage logistical operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Documentation Management: Ensure timely preparation, review, and actioning of all documentation.
- Interdepartmental Liaison: Work closely with all operational departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
- Education: Proven work experience of 1+ years in a similar role within operations management.
- Experience: Experience in operations or customer-focused roles is required, preferably in the energy sector.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Maltese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and team members.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any relevant CRM software.
- Organisation: Highly organised, structured, and methodical in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Customer Centric: A customer-centric mindset with an emphasis on providing excellent service.
