Operations Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to join a well-established company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations within the restaurants, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
• Support the team leaders with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high level of service.
• Monitor inventory levels and cash outs 
• Plan and oversee event setups, working closely with clients and suppliers to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance service quality.
