Job Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth business operations;
Lead and supervise a team of approximately 9-12 employees across multiple departments;
Monitor and refine workflows to promote efficiency and cross-departmental collaboration;
Uphold a clean, organized, and productive office environment;
Assess employee performance and manage staffing decisions, including recruitment and terminations;
Act as a key point of contact for company directors, providing updates on team performance and operational issues;
Collaborate with different departments to identify challenges and implement process improvements.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in administrative and leadership roles;
Proven ability to lead teams and effectively resolve conflicts;
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
Fluency in Maltese is essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset;
