Operations Assistant

Job Description
Fexserv Financial Services Limited in Malta is looking to recruit an Operations Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Fexserv (formerly Fexco) is a niche Financial Services company that has evolved over the past 27 years into one of Malta’s leading financial services organizations providing a whole range and array of services through a branch network of offices in San Gwann, St. Julian, Valletta, Mosta, Fgura, Bugibba and Victoria Gozo.  Fexserv is also the locally appointed master agent for the Western Union Money Transfer service.

Job Role: 
The position calls for a diligent, organized, proactive, and responsible person to actively assist in a hands-on manner, in the smooth and efficient running of the company’s operations department. The role can also entail cashiering and front-line duties as and when required.

Requirements: 

• The successful prospective candidate must be smart with a confident pleasant personality, have sound numerate abilities, a good command of basic IT applications with the ability to work well in a group and independently.
• Applications with previous experience in a financial services/foreign exchange environment as well as knowledge of languages would be considered an asset.
• Applicants need to be fluent in English and Maltese with very good English writing skills, having excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a highly positive attitude to problem-solving with a view to ensure an excellent customer service delivery at all times.
