Arnold Media Ltd T/A NetRefer in Malta is looking to recruit a Learning & Community Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role: 
As a Learning & Community Specialist, you’re a naturally charismatic communicator with an aptitude for directing users through learning and the community. Your goal is to help them achieve the best experience with our platform. You can seamlessly switch from a client and learner’s mindset – to gain a thorough understanding of all the media channels in our User Portal – to a leader’s and teacher’s mindset – to guide users to fully grasp the product and service-related content, turning them into peak performers.  

If you’re a self-driven and ambitious tech-savvy professional with a great attitude, we would love to meet you! You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Team Lead to build a better User Community Ecosystem, ensuring that the community framework is always optimised to deliver up-to-date insights to both internal and external users in line with company strategy. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications. 

Role's location:

  • Malta (You must be qualified to work here).


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the Learning Centre and ensure it is continually optimised and maintained according to company brand guidelines 
  • Help manage all documentation relevant to NetRefer products including but not limited to manuals, videos, FAQs, release notes, and interactive online courses 
  • Help develop, implement, and optimise full training programs to ensure maximum effectiveness 
  • Assist with the Learning Centre administration and delivery of training when required 
  • Assist in product releases to ensure the necessary content is created and distributed, such as release notes, product documentation, how-to guides, best practices, and training curriculum 
  • Set, plan, and implement communication campaigns and strategies 
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner 
  • Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews 
  • Organise and manage events to boost brand awareness 
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams  
  • Liaise with Development and Sales departments 
  • Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, and journalists 
  • Stay up to date with digital technology trends. Lead by example through adherence to company values and beliefs that ensure long-term success.


Role Requirements:

  • Proven work experience within a community or similar role 
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives (Gamification) 
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs 
  • Excellent verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent writing skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills 
  • Hands-on experience with social media management (Moderation) 
  • Ability to interpret website traffic 
  • Knowledge of online marketing  
  • Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solver.
