Job Description
ATN Malta Ltd is looking to recruit a Kitchen Operations Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Workforce and schedule management
• Ensuring that all food processing standards are followed
• Food ordering and stock management in close collaboration with the cook
• Supplier management to ensure we get the best value products
• Documentation of all processes
• Ensuring the kitchen equipment is working fine and is well maintained and we have backups
• Quality control to ensure our customers have the best experience
• Prepare orders and driver lists for the next day
• Report to the managing director on an ongoing basis
• Optimising the menu schedule and introducing new products.

Desired experience/qualifications:

• Experience working in a kitchen in a similar business
• Good English skills
• Maltese, Polish, Hungarian, German, or Spanish are considered a plus
• Strong management skills
• Eye for detail.

We love to provide people at home or in the office with healthy, daily freshly cooked lunch by providing four different menus from Monday to Friday. All of our menus come with a complimentary piece of fruit and free delivery. Our kitchen is located in St Pauls Bay in which we freshly cook lunch every morning which our own delivery drivers then deliver every day.
