Our client, a public sector organisation, is currently recruiting for an Operations Executive to join their growing team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your duties will include;
Understanding and using extensively the organisations' Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software and in-built workflows, infrastructure, and related processes;
Monitoring the customer contact queries on the CRM;
Overseeing the correct opening and closure of cases on the CRM
Monitoring service provision on all the organisation's channels to ensure compliance;
Collating and compiling operational data for reporting and decision-making purposes as and when required
Participating and representing the Agency in meetings (internal and external) as recommended by the Managers (Operations), Head (Operations & Quality) and Chief Executive Officer
Skill-sets and Requirements
The selected applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Able to converse in both English and Maltese
Education & Experience
At least one (1) subject at Advanced Level and two (2) subjects at Intermediate Level; OR
Six (6) subjects at Ordinary Level with good pass grades (1-5 or A-C) which must include English, Maltese and Mathematics, plus two (2) years relevant work experience preferably in service related operations.
