HVAC Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HVAC Project Manager to oversee and coordinate heating, ventilation, and air conditioning projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC installation across commercial and industrial sites.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, technicians, and clients to define project scope and deliverables.
• Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare and present status reports, cost forecasts, and performance analysis to stakeholders.
• Resolve project issues, delays, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent communication and quality control.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HVAC project management or a similar building services role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with project management software and AutoCad.
• Familiarity with OHSA safety standards and local building codes.
