Head Operations Officer

Our client is a leading company on the Maltese Islands. They would like to engage a Head Operations Officer to join their team

The Role

• You will report directly into the CEO 
• You will ensure that you instill a culture of continuous improvement mentality within the company
• You will implement the necessary changes to make the company more efficient in its operation
• Ensure that client retention and new business acquisition is high on the agenda of the day to day work
• In this position, you need to ensure that quality of service is always top and customer service given priority
• Will help with the budgeting and forcasting of the business units
• Assist Business Heads as necessary when the CEO is not available 

• You must have experience in a similar role
• Be a goal getter and focused
• Have strong leadership skills
• Be analytical and math saavy

• Preferably have a Business Degree
