As TrioMed continues to expand, the Company is looking to strengthen its team with the addition of a full-time Finance and Operations Manager.

Job Summary:

The Finance and Operations Manager role is to oversee financial performance and operational efficiency across the company. This strategic role combines financial oversight with hands-on operational leadership, with a key focus on aligning local processes and practices with group-level policies and standards. This position will help drive continuous improvement while ensuring strong financial discipline and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning and control, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management.
  • Analyse, map, and improve business and financial processes across departments.
  • Ensure local operations and financial practices are aligned with group-level policies, procedures, and reporting standards.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of Operations Assistants, promoting accountability and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, technical, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure operational execution is aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Support ERP system use and enhancements (e.g. Microsoft Business Central), and contribute to group reporting initiatives using tools like Power BI.
  • Monitor KPIs and process metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead or contribute to strategic projects across finance, supply chain, logistics, and service operations.
  • Ensure readiness for internal and external audits, including those related to ISO or other quality standards.
  • Any other task as assigned by the General Manager.
