As the Facilities Manager your job will be to oversee the day-to-day property operations and projects related to retail and property management and development.
Responsibilities:
Leading the administration and maintenance team, ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations
Monitor and manage maintenance projects and general upkeep of daily needs within the properties
Finalise maintenance and lease agreements
Nurture the working relationship with tenants and their suppliers
Tackle any escalated matters with all stakeholders and ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner
Oversee the H&S measure and policies
Monitor and generate budget reports related to projects
Ensure documentation is kept up to date
Provide analysis reports on projects / developments as needed
Skill-sets and Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Applications with extra attention to Excel and other project management tools
Native level of Maltese and professional level of English is a must
In possession of a clean and valid driving license
Leader by nature and excellent communicator at all levels
Organised yet a good problem solver with an eye for detail
Strong understanding of project management methodologies
Doer and one that thrives under pressure
Education & Experience
Degree level of Education in a related field or PMP certificat
Local experience within Property Management and Facilities within a similar position is a must
