What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Entrepreneurship Programmes Lead, you will take ownership of exciting projects and events designed to engage and empower young people. You’ll ensure seamless execution while constantly innovating to enhance participants’ experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Plan, manage, and execute hands-on workshops, innovation challenges, bootcamps, mini-conferences, and the famous Young Enterprise Company Programme and JA Startup Programme
  • Engage with schools, students, mentors, and volunteers to create a positive and impactful experience
  •  Deliver JA programmes in classrooms, inspiring students through interactive learning
  • Explore new event formats and international best practices to enrich youth experiences
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to attract students, mentors, volunteers, and partners
  • Provide guidance and training to mentors, volunteers, interns, and team members
  • Support day-to-day operations and general administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
Who We’re Looking For:

We're looking for a motivated and dynamic individual who is enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to take ownership of projects. If you love engaging with people, have a proactive mindset, and want to make a lasting impact, this role is for you!

Must-Have Skills & Traits:
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (both in Maltese & English)
  • Innovative and self-motivated, with a flexible approach to work
  • A strong team player who enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Event coordination experience and strong relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Bonus Points if You Have:
  • A passion for entrepreneurship, financial literacy, or employability
  • Public speaking skills and confidence in leading sessions
  • Experience in organising events and managing logistics
  • Ability to adapt to different stakeholders and environments
  • A valid driving license
  • Previous participation in JA programmes and ESP certification.

Flexibility is key! Some events may take place in the evenings or on Saturdays.
