Melita Ltd in Malta is looking to employ a Customer Installations Supervisor on a full-time basis to join their team. 

If you would love to lead the operations of an existing team of coordinators and installers, we would love to hear from you. You would be the person to lead the team who handles the installation of Melita’s internet, television and telephony services installed within our customers’ premises

Primary Responsibilities will include:

• Effectively manage and motivate a team composed of Field Coordinators and Installers;
• Ensure that Installations are performed to Melita’s quality standards and SLAs;
• Overseeing productivity, cost containment, regular reporting and safety compliance;
• Enhance team performance through regular communications, performance analysis,
• Identifying training needs and deliver regular training to the teams;
• Implement changes in work practices to improve efficiency;
• Ensure customers’ complaints are handled effectively and efficiently;
• Assist in preparing documentation for installs and customer equipment;
• Assist in drafting and managing annual budget.

• Valid technical qualification (MCAST, Fellenberg, City&Guilds or equivalent);
• Intermediate to high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
• Possess experience in effectively leading a team;
• Be a strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities;
• Have three to five years relevant work experience;
• Possess a valid driving license.
