Our client, is a well-established cinema operator and are looking for a Cinema Manager to take the day-to-day operations and business development responsibility of the cinema complex.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the day-to-day operations of cinema, gaming hall and café as well as upkeep of complex facilities
Driving high standards by supporting and coaching our teams as they navigate our guests through their cinema experience
Maintaining the complex to a high level of cleanliness, maintenance and follow health and safety procedures to ensure customer comfort and safety
Identifying and developing business development opportunities within the complex
Undertaking other duties considered within your skill and competence to contribute to the organisation as a whole
Overseeing and managing the outlets profitability by reaching monthly budgeted targets

Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, attention to detail, and problem- solving skills

Education & Experience
Candidates with experience in a managerial role within high volume operation will be preferred
