Our client is within the Hotel industry. Within this job as a Chief Operations Officer you will be managing the Operations of two hotels within the Group while working hand in hand with the General Manager.
The Role
- Managing the Operations of two Hotels of the Group
- Budget Management
- Ensuring that SOP's are in place and doing the necessary changes where necessary
- Do ongoing audits to check that SOP's are being adhered to
- Ensuring that third party suppliers act within their Service Level Agreements
- Ensuring that staffing levels are optimal at all times
- Plan and manage Rosters
- Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth, company wide operation
Qualifications & Experience
- Have at least 3 years experience in a similar position
- Having dealt with all areas of Hotel Management is a must
- Having qualifications in Hospitality &/or Management is seen as a strong asset
- Professional level of English is a must with fluency in Maltese seen as an additional bonus
- Operations knowledge gained from a local Hotel is a must
