Harvest Technology plc in Malta is seeking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer to lead the strategic development and growth of its portfolio of subsidiaries and lead a high-performing team.

Job Role: 
Based in Malta and reporting to the Chairman and the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer will position the company as an investor in the technology sector, seek investment opportunities in line with the company vision, and design and execute strategic business goals. As Chief Executive Officer, the role involves supporting the Managing Directors of the subsidiaries to scale their business activity successfully and sustainably, and set goals to ensure organisational success.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced business professional who possesses commercial drive, sound judgment, and a passion for leading and managing people.

The Requirements: 

• The preferred candidate holds a post-graduate degree in business management or related discipline, and five years’ experience in a leadership role within the technology sector, ideally with international growth and mergers & acquisitions experience.
• The successful candidate will possess knowledge of industry trends and customer needs, a track record of effective team leadership, entrepreneurship, and the ability to develop relationships, plan strategically, and manage risk.
• A willingness to travel is essential.
