National Lottery plc in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Bingo Supervisor to work at their Fairplay Bingo operation in Qawra, on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the whole Bingo Operation
Monitoring staff’s performance and motivating them accordingly
Submitting the end-of-day balancing reports of the Bingo activity
Performing counts and compiling the related reporting
Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Being the first point of contact with our customers and making sure they have the best experience in our shops
Handling queries and ensuring that any issues or disputes are reported to the Head of the Department whenever needed
Ensuring the premises are always clean
Cash Handling, which includes both receiving and paying out customers
Being knowledgeable of the different promotions available to our patrons.
Requirements:
Having previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
Have excellent skills in English and Maltese
Be computer literate with an excellent command of office applications
Be available to work weekends and public holidays
Be outgoing and customer-oriented.
