National Lottery plc in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Bingo Supervisor to work at their Fairplay Bingo operation in Qawra, on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the whole Bingo Operation
- Monitoring staff’s performance and motivating them accordingly
- Submitting the end-of-day balancing reports of the Bingo activity
- Performing counts and compiling the related reporting
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Being the first point of contact with our customers and making sure they have the best experience in our shops
- Handling queries and ensuring that any issues or disputes are reported to the Head of the Department whenever needed
- Ensuring the premises are always clean
- Cash Handling, which includes both receiving and paying out customers
- Being knowledgeable of the different promotions available to our patrons.
Requirements:
- Having previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
- Have excellent skills in English and Maltese
- Be computer literate with an excellent command of office applications
- Be available to work weekends and public holidays
- Be outgoing and customer-oriented.
