Job Overview:

Join the Malta Red Cross team as Ambulance Personnel, where you'll be an integral part of our patient care and transport services. This full-time role offers flexible hours but requires a strong commitment to the physical and emotional demands of the job.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, ensuring timely and secure arrivals.

• Provide hands-on assistance to patients, including carrying them up and down stairs, often in challenging conditions.

• Maintain the ambulance's cleanliness and operational readiness at all times.

• Deliver basic First Aid as needed, ensuring patient comfort and safety during transit.

• Comply with all traffic laws and safety protocols to guarantee a safe journey for patients and crew.

• Uphold the highest standards of patient care and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Maltese and/or english and possession of a valid Maltese driver's license. Must be older then 25 years of age. 

• Basic First Aid certification is preferrable but is provided.

• A clean Police conduct record.

• Strong physical fitness and stamina to manage strenuous tasks.

• Excellent time management skills and keen attention to detail.

• A genuine passion for patient care and a desire to make a positive impact in the community.
