Our client is a leading financial institution in Malta. As they are growing, they would like to engage a UX Senior Manager to join its Customer Experience Team
The Role
The Senior UX Manager will be responsible for providing leadership, direction and mentorship for a team of UX designers and analysts/researchers to deliver world-class digital services and UX concepts across multiple platforms
S/he will be reporting into the Head of CX/UX
You will be responsible to define the user experience vision for the company and contribute towards the delivery of strategic goals, priorities, and related requirements.
You will identify opportunities for UX/UI improvements, harmonising business strategy and user needs
You will ensure quantifiable business impact goals via data-driven, informed and human-centric design goals
You will build and develop a research toolkit that extends across different levels of complexity
You will foster collaborative partnerships between UX and business functions across the organisation
Championing and promoting research and processes within an agile framework will also fall under the remit of this role
You will work with the team to continuously improve methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria
You will developing a deep understanding of customer behaviours and preferences in order to guide the team delivering the best experience in the industry
You will assist the team hands-on with UX design and UX analysis outputs as required
Skill-sets and Requirements
Previous working experience in a similar role
Track record of translating research into business impact
Proficiency in usability research/testing methodologies
Previous interaction with Agile teams and good knowledge of Agile process and principles
Education & Experience
Preferably be Agile Certified
Preferably be Lean 6Sigma Certified
Understanding of Search Engine Optimisation principles
