Senior Marketing Account Specialist

Our client is seeking a Senior Marketing Account Specialist to oversee the day to day requirements needed to complete tasks for marketing plans with clients ensuring the right pitches are carried out, to drive sales and manage a team of people dedicated to the account, while meeting client and business goals. 

Responsibilities:

• Serve as main client contact, managing daily interactions and cross-functional relationships.
• Turn the client’s business goals into cohesive communication strategies and campaigns.
• Lead planning to align initiatives with commercial goals and brand timelines.
• Lead and mentor the account team, promoting a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and creativity.
• Manage campaign development from brief to launch across traditional and digital channels.
• Ensure all creative and media deliverables meet quality standards and effectively achieve the set KPIs.
• Oversee media strategy, planning, and buying for all campaigns.
• Collaborate with media partners and teams to deliver effective and innovative solutions.
• Monitor performance and optimize plans for maximum impact.
• Oversee forecasting and budgeting to maintain account profitability.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and agreed scope.
• Take charge of preparing and presenting proposals, scopes of work, and performance evaluations.
  

Requirements:

• 3 years experience in advertising agency is a must
• Proven senior account management experience managing major brands with expertise in brand and performance marketing.
• Strong background in media planning and buying across ATL, digital, and social channels
• Excellent client-facing, presentation, and communication skills
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail
• Natural leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing others
• Capable of performing well under pressure in dynamic, deadline-focused settings.
