Sales & Marketing Manager

An opportunity exists for a dynamic individual to join the management team as a Sales and Marketing Manager at a well established hotel.

The Role

• You will collaborate with Senior Management to research, develop, and execute marketing and sales strategies.
• Your primary focus will be to enhance hotel revenue by increasing occupancy, optimizing leisure facilities, and promoting the use of banqueting rooms.
• The role includes working on pricing strategies, building strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and discovering new business opportunities.
• You will manage the hotel’s website, develop sales plans for your department, and take part in trade fairs, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
• You will be responsible for overseeing the guest database, managing marketing budgets, and ensuring the hotel’s brand is effectively promoted.
• You will lead the sales and marketing team, providing vision and conducting regular updates on progress.
• You will monitor competitors and create innovative ideas for customer incentives, special offers, and promotional packages

• You should have at least three years of experience in a similar role, with a strong commercial mindset, creativity, and customer focus.
• You should be results-driven and able to influence key decisions effectively.
• Preferably, you will have tertiary education and relevant qualifications.
