Sales & Marketing Manager

Our client, a well established local school of English with an international presence, are currently looking into recruiting a Sales & Marketing Manager to join their growing team. 

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, the chosen candidate will be responsible for:

• Promoting existing brands and introducing new services
• Creating and implementing a Sales & Marketing strategy, defining clear objectives, target markets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Analyzing budgets and preparing annual plans, considering market trends, consumer requirements, and potential opportunities.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities, and gathering and summarizing market data.
• Implementing sales plans and advertising campaigns and collaborate with the Sales team to ensure proper execution of the plans and monitor their effectiveness.
• Maintaining relationships with current clients and anticipate new marketing opportunities by staying updated on industry trends and developments.
• Reviewing and analyzing sales performance against the established plans and objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the Sales and Marketing department and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Maintaining social media presence, ensuring consistent branding, engaging content, enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

• Must posses excellent organisational & interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a team and independently
• Must be able to work flexible hours
• Must be willing to travel frequently

• Must be fluent in English, whilst fluency in Italian, German, and French are considered an asset
• Relevant qualification in the field would be an asset
