Sales & Marketing Manager

Our client operates in the hospitality industry and is seeking to grow its team.  They would like to employ a Sales & Martketing Manager who will report into the General Manager.

The Role

• Increase existing market share and penetrate new market segments
• Work within set targets, devise and implement sales and marketing plans
• Monitor and analyse sales performances
• Maintain excellent relations with trade partners
• Coordinate promotional activities

Education & Experience

• Having a degree in Sales & Marketing will be considered as an asset
• Experience in the hospitality &/or tourism industry is a must
• Must be conversant with both digital and traditional marketing

Skills

• Have an assertive approach to work
• Provide positive and aggressive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential

• Be a self motivator
