PPC Specialist

We are Galaktica, a product IT company working on our own world-class product. We are currently scaling rapidly, having grown by 370% in marketing budgets over the past year. In connection with this, we are looking for two new PPC specialists with successful experience working with English-speaking tier-1 and tier-2 markets!

You will start with budgets of $20,000 per month, and with successful work, the budget will increase every month according to the results. Our goal is for you to reach a target budget of at least $300,000. You will have the opportunity to use various tools for display ads, search, and remarketing.

You will join a large team of professionals with an experienced team lead and Head of PPC, who already have enough expertise to explain all the nuances of the job to you. You will have the opportunity to grow both vertically and horizontally, as we prioritize the development of each employee within the company, because we value the experience and desire of employees to improve.

When you start, your base salary will range from $1,800 to $3,000, and we will establish a clear bonus system for you. For example, last month, the income of our PPC specialist Igor amounted to $6,110, and that of Nikita was $5,500. In the first few days, you will meet and chat with them. We have a clear understanding of how you can achieve such income in our company.

How we will help you:

• You will immediately receive a very clear customer profile and a basic semantic core. You won’t need to spend time on initial experiments; you’ll start earning right away;
• You’ll gain access to all the analytics related to the actions of users you bring to the site, and you can contact an analyst if necessary;
• You’ll have designers, coders, and developers next to you to help implement ideas for landing pages;
• The main tools will be: Tableau, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads. If desired, you can expand this list.

Your main goals and objectives:

• Increase the number of new clients for the company;
• Optimize client acquisition costs;
• Raise the average order value;
• Write technical tasks (TT) for the technical team, as well as for designers and developers.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in PPC;
• You have successfully worked with tier-1 and tier-2 markets;
• You have worked with a product, understand key product metrics, and know how product improvement can affect conversion rates;
• You can segment audiences and break them into groups for better optimization;
• You have used Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and have launched accounts from scratch;
• You have successful experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

It will be a plus if:

• You have successful experience setting up and running Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns in the USA;
• You speak ukrainian language;
• You’ve used Tableau or Power BI for analytics;
• You have experience working with budgets starting from $50,000.
