PPC Account Executive (eCommerce)

Blue Monkeys In Space Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a PPC Account Executive (eCommerce) to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Piercings are a niche market. Some might not take it seriously. Still, it is a multi-million dollar business. After achieving great success in the European market, Blue Monkeys In Space’s goal is to become the worldwide leader in the industry. Our new PPC Account Executive will join our marketing and PPC teams and handle only one client - ourselves.

He or she is a challenge seeker who’ll do what needs to be done:

• Be responsible for our PPC accounts (Google Ads, Bing, etc.)
• Audit ad accounts and provide a review of the status.
• Provide regular reports, collect experiences and best practices.
• Coordinate the work with our collaborating SEA agencies.
• Engage with new ad campaigns and ad formats to increase results.
• Find growth opportunities in the accounts.
• Strategically perform A/B testing and engage in creative ad writing.
• Optimize ROAS and conversion rate metrics.
• Manage feeds and improve shopping campaigns.

But what’s needed to take the job?
First and foremost, you should have PPC in your veins. We’re not talking about an average nine to five job, but about a passion for numbers, creativity, and the determination to grow with the accounts.

Since PPC is not something you simply do on the side, relevant experience is equally important. All in all, you have:

• A great passion for developing a career in PPC.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Ideally, 2+ years of experience with a mix of ‘hands-on’ in Paid Search (Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) - but not necessarily.
• The ability and flexibility to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and data-driven mindset.
• Strong project management and organization skills.
• Fluency in English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
