Deriv (Europe) Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a full-time Performance Marketing Executive to join their team.
Job Role:
As a Performance Marketing Executive at Deriv, you’ll build effective multi-channel marketing strategies and manage marketing campaigns for our web platforms and mobile applications. You’ll be responsible for the organisation’s digital accounts and the campaigns running on social media, display, and programmatic channels. You’ll infuse life into new campaigns, drive their planning to execution, and be focused on the campaign results to ensure they meet the targeted key performance metrics.
We expect you to be the brand custodian, ensuring increased trust and recognition in the fintech industry. Your insights into performance marketing in the online marketing ecosystem will be crucial for client acquisition and customer revenue.
Your challenges:
Develop, deliver, and measure marketing campaigns to drive signups, mobile app installs, user activation, and engagement
Familiar with optimising campaigns based on KPIs like CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.
Handle budgets and recommend improvements on advertisement expenses to effectively utilise the organisation's resources
Collaborate with content and design teams to optimise marketing campaigns
Implement new digital marketing trends and technologies in our marketing efforts to generate leads and promote our products and services
Create reports for key performance metrics, goals and revenue tracking, and other paid search efforts.
Requirements:
University degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising
Familiarity with the customer user journey and user account lifecycle, and customer retention principles
Good knowledge of Google Analytics, mobile app marketing, and attribution and marketing automation tools
Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimisation for banners, landing pages, and the customer activation funnel
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
What’s good to have:
Experience in using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Work experience in the fintech or e-commerce industry.
