The Wow 

The Paid Social Coordinator is an important member of a broader Paid Social team which pursues and activates on social media platforms against meaningful insights, with the goal of driving measurable performance and results. Paid Social Coordinators have a basic knowledge in managing advertising campaigns on social media. 

They receive in-depth training by other team members and continue their professional development by gaining on-the job experience and skills. They manage hands-on our Paid Social campaigns, aligning with the Paid Social strategy and procedures, for what concerns optimisation, cost efficiency and budgeting, keeping track of the daily activities and establishing a proficient communication with the stakeholders. They also proactively explore trends in the gaming industry which could inspire the Group’s strategy for Paid Social. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Hands-on management of our paid social media activities (i.e.: campaign setup & optimisation, reporting, etc.), aiming to optimal customer acquisition/retention in collaboration with the Central Marketing teams and the Regions. 
  • Closely collaborate with other Paid Social team members for common activities and share information and knowledge to achieve a good synergy in the team. 
  • Work together with the central Content & Social Media team and with regional coordinators to create and suggest conversion-driven content and/or outsource the creation effectively. 
  • Support Regional Content managers in the design and creation of high-quality and effective paid Social Media ads, suggesting the right format for images/videos and post copy. 
  • Support the Region in extensive testing of creatives and audiences for Social Media ads, in order to grant the best optimization for our campaigns on each step of the customer funnel (branding, prospecting, retargeting). 
  • Monitor and review existing paid social activities, procedures and workflows on a daily basis, being in constant touch with the Regional stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with the Paid Social Managers to the creation of a quarterly Paid Social plan and make sure we spend the allocated budget as planned. 
  • Provide the main stakeholders with periodical reports to be discussed in our scheduled meetings and support our Paid Social Specialists and Managers with on-demand reports when needed. 
  • Monitor trends and the activities of leading competitors in paid social media. 

 

 You are good at 

  • At least 1 year of Paid Social experience or equivalent (mandatory: Facebook / Instagram ads. Optional: Twitter Ads, Snapchat Ads) 
  • iGaming experience (optional) 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent (optional)
