Online Content Moderator (German Speaking)

One of our clients within the IT & Services industry in Malta is looking to recruit an Online Content Moderator (German Speaking) to join their team on a full-time basis.


Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming advertisements;
• Review the minimum number of advertisements as required for the assignment;
• Ensure that mistakes in reviewing are corrected or rejected;
• Issue refunds where necessary;
• Cancel Automatic renewals;
• Help members resolve Mobile App issues and give advice on how to interact more with other members;
• Assist in ensuring all assignment related relevant systems, manuals, instructions, and user guides are updated/reviewed.

• Excellent spoken and written communication in German;
• Basic communication skills in English;
• Basic computer skills;
• Willingness to work in shifts (Mon-Sun).

• Meticulous with a keen eye for details;
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
