Deriv (Europe) Ltd is looking to recruit a Mobile Application Marketing Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job description: 
You’ll be part of the Marketing department. We’re split into various teams, from digital outreach to paid acquisition and affiliate marketing support. Together, we are in charge of our external client communications for the business. We support, educate, and inform clients and prospects about trading in our offices worldwide.

Your role:
  • You’ll be part of the Digital Marketing team. We’re split into various teams from content creation and digital outreach, to paid acquisition and mobile app marketing.
  • Our team’s goal is to increase contribution to the Deriv user base through paid acquisition and mobile app marketing.
  • You’ll build effective multi-channel marketing strategies and manage marketing campaigns for our mobile applications. Thanks to your efforts, our campaigns will be infused with new life as you drive their planning to execution and focus on the campaign results to ensure they meet the targeted key performance metrics.
  • We expect you to be the brand custodian, ensuring increased trust and recognition in the fintech industry. Your insights into performance marketing in the online marketing ecosystem will be crucial for client acquisition and customer revenue.

Your challenges:
  • Manage all aspects of the company’s mobile marketing campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and more.
  • Plan and execute mobile marketing budgets.
  • Work with the Paid Acquisition team on joint campaigns to drive downloads and ensure seamless and thoughtful execution of holistic strategy.
  • Raise brand awareness and online presence through mobile marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Stay on top of new technology trends and opportunities to ensure the company remains a mobile marketing leader within the industry and in the digital marketing space.
  • Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on all mobile marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.

What you have:
  • University degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising and mobile app marketing
  • Experience in using Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Adjust or Appsflyer
  • Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization for banners, landing pages, and the customer activation funnel
  • Good knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
