Media Monitoring Executive (Part Time)

Our client is one of one of Malta’s leading communication companies with a wide portfolio of clients across different sectors. This company and is looking to expand its media monitoring business and is engaging a part-time Media Monitoring Executive.  

The Role

• Coordinating and supervising the collection and uploading of information, data and clippings from various media sources – print, online, social media and broadcast
• Coordinating a team of contributors (including scheduling) to ensure the smooth running of all media monitoring operations, and that the information is collated and uploaded in line with the company’s clients SLAs
• Liaising with the respective company’s clients on the day-to-day media monitoring operations and requirements, whilst facilitating such operations and communications
• Media monitoring, online research and news collation
• Reporting to the Head of Communications of the company

Other important notes

• This role comes as a part time role - 20 hrs a week
• Tasks related to this role will be starting around 6.00 am starting and  finished by  9.00 am on a daily basis
• No restrictions in performing another job simultaneously to this role as long as it does not in conflict directly with this role
