Job Responsibilities and Duties
Partner closely with the CMO to shape and execute a strategic marketing roadmap that strengthens brand affinity and drives engagement;
Monitor beauty industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation;
Lead impactful initiatives across PR, social media, influencer collaborations, and CRM to enhance brand visibility and resonance;
Work alongside the New Product Development team to ensure launches are timely, relevant, and aligned with market demands;
Manage the planning and execution of exhibitions, client events, and international showcases that elevate the Company's global presence;
Inspire and lead a dynamic marketing team while introducing smart tools and technologies that enable operational excellence and creativity.
Experience
Over 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or packaging industries; B2B marketing exposure is an added advantage;
A background in roles such as Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, Product Development Manager, Product Development Specialist, or similar will be considered an asset;
Hands-on expertise in social media, PR, digital marketing, and CRM strategy.

Trend-conscious and consumer-focused, with the ability to translate insights into powerful, engaging campaigns;
Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to identify growth opportunities and make informed, data-driven decisions;
