Our client is one of the leading Financial Institutions in Malta. As they are growing they would like to engage a Marketing Manager.
The Role
You will be reporting into the Managing Director and will be heading a small unit
You will develop and execute the whole Marketing strategy and marketing campaigns
Responsible for the creation, management and execution of the firm’s marcomms calendar
Co-ordination of marketing campaigns, promotional activities and events
Creation of digital content including regular updates on social media platforms to enhance brand awareness
Regular tracking, review and evaluation of marketing campaigns and social media effectiveness including recommendations on improvements
Carry out market research analysis on a regular basis
Website management, including creating blogs, and maintaining and uploading content, whilst managing SEO and Metadata, and compiling monthly reports
Working closely with external agencies, when required, to effectively manage campaigns, events,presentations, creation of promotional material and brochures
Support other teams within the firm on marketing activities mainly People & Culture and Business Development
Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the market including media
Managing the annual marketing budget and ensures its effective use
Preparation of monthly marketing report to Managing Director
Other marketing related duties or projects as required by the firm from time to time
Skill-sets and Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Sound knowledge of social media handles
Good contacts with the media channels
Education & Experience
Qualification in Marketing or commercial field
Knowledge of MS Office tools
Fluent in Maltese and English
Knowledge and practical experience in Photoshop would be an asset
