Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop, coordinate, implement and manage marketing programs and events. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, your responsibilities will include:
Managing a diverse portfolio of brands across different business sectors
Developing business cases and proposals whilst making recommendations on marketing tactics
Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to completion
Building marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of the groups’s overall strategic marketing plan
Leading marketing campaigns & driving collaboration with different stakeholders whilst adopting the right internal processes
Building strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and suppliers
Preparing and managing of marketing budget
Overseeing and approving marketing collateral and providing input when needed
Creating organic and paid content, events, publicity initiatives and coordinate brands’ presence on social media calendar, lead generation campaigns and performance analysis of mentioned campaigns
Developing relevant, topical and engaging content for our online channels
Reporting and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns
Skill-sets and Requirements
Excellent writing and communication skills
Currently based in Malta
Education & Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience as Marketing Manager
University Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
Experience in mentoring and managing a marketing team with a hands- on approach
